Screen says reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press key Did power supply check ESC just same. message model p6320y purchased today from pawn shop with warranty How do I get rebooted

When a PC does not boot, there are two different likely issues.
First, the boot records may have become corrupted, and those can be fixed.
Second, the hard drive may have failed -- and that can not be "fixed" per se because it requires drive replacement.
However, I don't know what you mean about "with warranty", as pawn shops are not authorized to provide HP warranties on used equipment.
Please explain ...
