hp 230t touch screen monitor
envy i5 8g computer 4ab22av
Purchased direct from HP in October of 2018. Still under warranty.
Sometimes when I restart the computer the boot process will stop until I turn the monitor off and back on.
The hp logo will display on the center of the screen and just sit there.
When I toggle the monitor the boot process continues.
This only happens when I amp connected to the E230t monitor.
I have 30 of these computers and monitors.
This is unacceptable.
Fix it.

I understand your concern and I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
