the local service HP asks 450 euros to repair my computers.

However, it is not me who is broken the computer. The motherboard broke on its own.

I don't want to pay 450 euros for a lack of construction.

My computer is only 4 years old. I maintained it well, never moved.

The error message appeared suddenly. This error is very well known on the internet and referenced at Hp local service which charges consumers 450 euros.

Sorry I don't want to pay 450 euros. (+ HP Assistance 40 euros)

HP don't take care of his customers.

HP don't consider the error message like a constuction fault of the mother card. 

but this problem is knew on Google search, youtube search, several forums...

Hp continue to consider the custumor  is responsible for this message error.

So they maintain i must pay for a new mother card.

This is unfair, I hope that consumers will realize this problem.
