Welcome to HP Forums,
This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips,
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out 🙂
As I understand the logo at startup screen is missing,
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
To verify, are you referring to the HP logo or the Windows logo that appears after the HP logo?
And why exactly do you need this logo?
While you respond to that, here's what you need to know:
If the PC is booting into windows, you may want to ensure the below settings are active under the system configuration:
- Use the following keys: Windows+R, on the run command Type - msconfig,
- Then ensure the "normal startup" is selected under the General tab.
- change the timeout to 25 seconds under the boot tab, click apply and ok.
This is how the window would look before changing:
Let me know if those steps worked for you,
If they did, that's awesome!
Give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,
That'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
Good Luck

Can you help us?
Do you have a smart-phone that can record a short video?
If so, turn your monitor on, point the camera at the monitor, start recording, and then turn the computer on.
Stop recording, to keep the video as short as possible. Upload the video here.
Or, upload it to YouTube, and tell us the URL that YouTube assigns to your video.
Then, we can see what you are seeing.

> What is the solution to the problem? So far there is no solution ?!
Enter BIOS SETUP.
There is an option to display either that black/white "diagnostics" screen, or to display the "splash" screen.
Reset that option.
