Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

I am using hp gaming keyboard k300. For making volume up or down i have to use fn+3 and fn+2 key. Is there any way to diable the fn key and can control volume with only f3 and f2 key or any other key??

unfortunately the only possible solutions currently are software, or hardware replacement
There is a solution, but that is to block the key, and you may break the keyboard
Unfortunately either this is not suitable or user feedback
