I have a amd radeon rx 570 but I do not know what I should do to get it to work it needs an 8 pin and I dont know if I need an adapter or not I have an Erica2 Motherboard every adapter i bought doesn't work i need help.

The supported graphics card is AMD Radeon™ RX Vega 11 Graphics as tested by HP.
If you'd want to upgrade with a different graphics card, I'd suggest you contact HP Support in your region for assistance or you can also take it to the nearby service center.
