HP 24mh 23.8-inch Display

HP 24mh FHD Monitor driver update needed for Windows 11.  HP does not have any driver updates available beyond Windows 10 OS.  I've checked my device manager and confirmed I have the latest Windows updates for my Dell PC.  My PC recognizes it as a Generic Monitor (HP 24mh) Driver version 10.0.2261.2506

My monitor frequently goes to sleep throughout the week.  The screen displays a message indicating "HDMI signal not found...  not active."  the monitor then goes asleep.  I have to reboot my PC every other day in order for the monitor to work and display. I've switched out several different HDMI cables... Still having this issue. Hoping an updated driver would resolve this issue

Hello, that's a monitor sleep time. You can go into the settings, and go to System> Power> Screen and Sleep, and there you should be able to change the monitor sleep time. I hope this helps!

Hi, @JennyJenny99

HP only has W10 drivers for your monitor.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to manually install the W10 monitor driver for your monitor that I zipped up and attached below.

Download and unzip the driver file to its folder.

Do not do anything with the files in the folder.

Go to the device manager, click to expand the Monitors device manager category.

Click on the Generic PnP Monitor listed there.

Click on the driver tab.

Click on Update driver.

Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that you unzipped.

Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
