HP ENVY Desktop - TE01-0150xt CTO

My HP Care Pack expired in December of 2022, and in accordance with the rebate policy, I emailed all of the necessary documents to the email required for the rebate.  I received a response soon thereafter from 'Focus Solution Management' saying that access to their mailbox was shut down for the holiday season, and that they would return on January 3, 2023.  I've since sent two more emails to this address requesting my refund, and there has been no response.  It has now been almost four months.  Is this rebate a complete scam?  Does anyone know of an actual person at HP could speak to about this?

Due to limited support, I would request you contact our HP Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.x

Wow.  This is not helpful at all.  Do you realize that when you call the support line [content removed], it goes to a recorded message saying that one can navigate to hp.com/go/rebatecenter (of course, the link does not work), and then the message says it will then transfer you to a customer service representative.  You're immediately connected to another recorded message that continues to repeat, "No routes found."  Worst customer service experience in history.

Hi @mjteach1

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Take care and have a nice day.

I have the same issue as the original poster (emailed forms for care pack rebate over 8 weeks ago and no response) and I would also appreciate a private message from an identified HP contact so that I can obtain my rebate.  Thank you.

Since this appears to be a widespread problem, in order to help future customers who have the same issue, do not bother attempting to contact HP in order to get your rebate.  They will not respond.  I finally received my rebate only after filing a complaint with the BBB [content removed]

Good luck!

Paul
