I want to update (add) several PC's with a SSD. The M3 isolation mounting guide screws for 2.5-inch hard drives I need are not provided with the PC. I found on HP site 48 screws (X3K08A6): http://www8.hp.com/nl/nl/products/oas/product-detail.html?oid=12168856#!tab=features, however there's no stock.
Then I found HP (10 Sets) Bezel Support Kit. According to Features each support kit contains 40 screws (4 for each drive) for supporting additional 2.5” drives. So I ordered 3 Kits.
After receiving the boxes none of them contain screws, so I'm screwed. I tried to get the missing 120 pieces, however HP Support/Store don't help at all.
How to solve the problem Product doesn't comply with Features and eventually get the srews I need?

@RE051ST
Thanks for your reply. The information is ambigious. Based on text it is what I need, however picture is silver screw with course thread and that's for 3.5" HDD/SSD. I need the black screws with fine (metric) thread: HP 2.5 HDD/SSD M3 Grommet Screws

Thank you for your respons. That seems to be the correct screws. Product is reasonably priced, however shipping costs triples it.
I already payed for 120 of those screws as I bought multiple HP (10 Sets) 600/705 G2 MicroTower Bezel (N1M44AA)
The problem is HP mentions "Each support kit contains 40 screws (4 for each drive) for 2.5” drives.", however they don't. That's why I want HP to send the missing screws. HP Support points me towards HP Store and I can't contact them (in The Netherlands).
So the question how to get HP to solve the problem remains.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Forum.

Same problem here, I need these screws for several Elitedesk 800 G1 / G2 and Prodesk 600 G1 / G2 to attach the SSDs. Unfortunately, I find no way to buy this 😞
Edit : Maybe helpful for others, here is the solution :
After looking for hours, i found the Part-Numbers 594220-001 and 511945-003 for this screws. You can find them at ebay or look at aliexpress for "HP 2.5 HDD Mounting Screws" 🙂

The part numbers and search terms were very helpful. I found a pile of other people with the same question. The screws seem to be fairly cheap if you can wait for them to come from China. Based on the price and location, they are most likely recycled. eBay has a few listings today, but not a whole lot. I couldn't find them through HP though. Not sure why they didn't have the spares in the case. I think, whichever bean counter made the call to not include the unique spare screws in the case should be beaten and then fired and then beaten.

I can think of few more to fire, like the one that stated "Each support kit contains 40 screws (4 for each drive) for 2.5” drives.", whilst they didn't, and 'Customer Support' who never solved the problem of not having received the promised screws.
In the end I didn't get screw, felt screwed though.....
