Hello Team,
I just recently purchased the HP EX950 M.2 2 TB Solid State Drive HP EX950 M.2 2 TB Solid State from Amazon, and when I try to register the product it does get registered but in Warranty Status it says:
"Warranty status: Unspecified - Check warranty status"
When I click on Check Warranty Status and put in the Serial Number again, at this point it states:
"We are unable to determine your warranty status for the product and serial number provided.
Please return to the product information page and verify the numbers provided or try again later."
I bought the item from Amazon so I know it should be fine, who do I need to reach out to so that they can get this product warranty information to show? This item comes with a 5 year warranty, so I want to make sure that I'm taking advantage of this before I start using the product, thank you.
