HP M01-F0033W
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So I wanted to know what my options are when it comes to power supply upgrades for the Hp m01-f0033w desktop prebuilt. The motherboard that is included in the desktop is an Erica2 motherboard and the power supply that it came with only has 180w with no graphics card connectors. I also wanted to know if a 942332-001 model power supply could be compatible as well.

@BatManJr108 , welcome to the Community.

The motherboard in your computer is HP proprietary. It has a 4-pin power connector instead of a standard 24-pin ATX power connector. You will have to buy any PSU upgrade from HP.  I believe that the 942332-001 and L05757-800 are compatible with your motherboard.  However, before ordering either of them I suggest contacting HP Customer Support to make certain.  You can order them on HP PartSurfer.

Could the 310w L63964-002 model work, too? If not, the L63964-004 model instead?

Thank you for the additional information, @BatManJr108!

Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that will answer most of your question on adding and upgrading a video card.  As I state in the article, it is recommended that you have at least 100W to 150W more than the video card manufacturer recommends.  This will give you extra power for peak needs.

Good suggestion, but I just want to know the power supplies that I have mention are compatible with the Erica2 motherboard regardless if I have a graphics card or not.

I don't know if the PSU's that you mentioned have the necessary 4-pin power connector that is required on your motherboard.  You will have to check with HP Customer Support to see what they have to say about them.

They both seem to have all of the right connections, including the 4 pin. Does that mean any HP psu could work as long as it has the right plugs and 4 pin power connector?
