@Caseye06 , welcome to the Community.

Yes, there is a PCI Express x16 slot on the motherboard. However, it would require a power supply unit (PSU) upgrade, also. The current PSU is only 180W. None of the newer cards will operate properly without at least 300W.
Here is a HP Knowledge Base article to tell you what to consider when upgrading to a discrete video card: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Gaming-Knowledge-Base/Upgrade-Video-Card/ta-p/7481981
Read it carefully! There are three main things to consider: 1) the length of the card, 2) the wattage required to operate it properly and 3) does the video card require 6-pin, 8-pin or both PCIe power connectors.
The length of the card is very important! It has to allow for good airflow in the case. Your case is extremely small. So, a lot of heat can develop. Here is a card that should work: https://www.newegg.com/gigabyte-geforce-gtx-1650-gv-n1650ixoc-4gd/p/N82E16814932151
It requires a PSU with at least 300W. A full modular PSU works best in small cases. They allow you to use the cables that are absolutely necessary. Here is one that should work: https://www.newegg.com/corsair-sf-series-sf450-450w/p/N82E16817139156?&quicklink=true

You will have to measure the space where it will be installed to assure that it will fit. If you decide not to go with either of these components, they will give you an example of what you need.

Hey, thanks for the reply, but is there any cheaper GPU I could put in? I'm not looking for anything too crazy, just better than Integrated graphics. And could I go with a bronze power supply instead of gold?

You are welcome, @Caseye06!
You can buy anything that you like. However, prices at this point with the virus are astronomical. They are taking advantage of us and pricing components out of the park; gouging IMHO!!
I built the Custom build in my Signature almost two years ago. The prices on most of the components are higher than they were when I built it. They should be 30% less at this point.
Here is a video card that should work: https://www.newegg.com/asus-geforce-gtx-1050-ti-ph-gtx1050ti-4g/p/N82E16814126170?&quicklink=true
Notice that the price is not that much lower. You certainly can buy a Bronze version of the PSU.
