It shouldn't be this hard. It should 'just work'.
You should be able to simply remove the old drive, install the new SSD, boot to your OS install media, install Windows, and be done. Does the original hard drive boot properly?
How are you installing the OS? Recovery media? Bootable USB? Did you create the media?

I think its the new bios that does not support ssd or something. Please check that link
