Hi @NonSequitur777,

Quick update, I had to use the keyboard the computer came with, It's now responding.

I do have a question though, I have 8GB of CRUCIAL MEMORY to replace my 16GB of memory (four sticks). Should I try to put the memory first or the graphics card in first? Or should I put them in at the same time, and change the BIOS settings?

@1L1mited,

I would change/upgrade the RAM first, and after this goes well, add the graphics card.

Kind Regards,

Hi, the ram installation was successful. But the Integrated video section in the bios is greyed out, even when the graphics card is installed into the computer.
The BIOS is also outdated, so I am in the process of updating it.

not all intel cpu's that fit your system have the Intel embedded video capability

if your cpu is such a model that lacks Intel graphics then yes the onboard video bios options will be unavailable

also, installing ANY external plugin video card will disable the cpu's onboard video even if the cpu has built-in video ability

Hi again, As you already know;

Here are the specs:
  • Processor - Intel Core i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz
  • OS Edition - Windows 10 Pro
  • Version - 22H2 (10.0.19045)
  • Installed - 12/26/2020
  • OS build - 19045.3208
  • Experience - Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19041.1000.0
  • BIOS revision - K01 v02.90
  • BIOS Date - 07/16/2013
Based on the link and specs, can you share the steps to update the BIOS if possible?

When I installed the software for the A2000 (GeForce_Experience_v3.27.0.112.exe), it says NVIDIA installer cannot continue.

Under system requirements, can you let me know if this NVIDIA A2000 card will work in my computer if the BIOS is updated?

Thank you for your time and let me know if there is any other info you need for your recommendations.
