Can anyone help me contact Hp about support or warranty claim tried to contact through multipointe.com support for my nvme drive i've sent 2 different emails and it has been 4 days without a response of any kind.
My drive has deteriorated its only 3 months old and only 3 tb has been written to the drive. Constant lock ups really low write speeds sometimes bios doesn't recognize.
Any help would be very much appreciated

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information such as serial numbers and case details.
