Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm running out of space on the 128 GB SATA SSD.   I set the PC up when I first bought it to install to D drive BUT things still get installed on C.   I don't want to buy a new PC and have the hassle of hunting down and re-installing all my software.   Is there a way to upgrade to a much larger SSD and copy the contents of the existing C drive to the new one so I can just swap them out.   Why anyone thought a 128 GB drive would be large enough as a system drive is beyond me, but HELP.  I'd like at least 1 TB but would be content with a 256 or 512 if that's the best I can do
