@Thunderman90210 , welcome to the forum.
Before we talk about a new video card, we have to address the fact that your power supply unit (PSU) is only 180W. This is not enough wattage to run any video card.
Your motherboard is HP proprietary. It has a 4-pin power connector, instead of an ATX 24-pin power connector. This means that you will have to buy a new PSU from HP. There is a 500W (L05757-800) that will work with your motherboard. It has 1x6+2-pin PCIe power connector.
Here is a Power Supply Cross-Reference Chart to show you where I got the PSU information: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Knowledge-Base/Power-Supply-Cross-Reference-for-specific-model...
All of the PSU's that are used with the Sunflower motherboard will work. Here is the PSU on HP PartSurfer: https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=L05757-800
If you decide that you want to upgrade the PSU, here is a HP Knowledge Base article to tell you what to consider when upgrading the video card: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Gaming-Knowledge-Base/Upgrade-Video-Card/ta-p/7481981
Your motherboard has UEFI: https://www.howtogeek.com/56958/HTG-EXPLAINS-HOW-UEFI-WILL-REPLACE-THE-BIOS/
So, this is not a concern for you. The main concern is the length of the card. The article tells you how to determine if the card will fit into the space provided.

The main limitation that you will have is the PSU. If you upgrade to the 500W PSU, here is a card that will work: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/graphics-cards/gtx-1660-super/?ncid=afm-chs-44270&ranMID=44270&...
You can click on the tab titled "SPECS" at the top of the page to see all of the specifications of the card.
The 500W PSU is close to the minimum required by the card, but it has the 8-pin PCIe power connector. The specifications in the link are from nVidia. Each manufacturer of the card may have different specifications. They can always add or remove features depending on the cost. If you don't want this card, you can use it as an example of what you need.
