Subject: Request for Manufacturer’s Authorization Form (MAF) for Government Tender Participation
Dear HP Representative,
I hope this message finds you well. My name is Kassahun Hassen, and I represent <personal information removed>, a leading technology supplier in Ethiopia, Afar Region. We are writing to request a Manufacturer’s Authorization Form (MAF) for an upcoming government tender in Ethiopia.
We are participating in a significant tender issued by the Government Ministries and Universities under the current year tenders, which involves the procurement of IT systems, including desktop computers , laptops and associated peripherals. The required specifications include HP systems featuring Intel Core i5 and core i7 processors, 8GB up to 16 GB RAM, 1TB SSD storage, and integrated Intel UHD Graphics.
The Manufacturer’s Authorization Form (MAF) is a mandatory document for the tender submission, and it confirms that <personal information removed> is officially authorized to supply and support HP products. Without this document, we will not be eligible to offer HP’s solutions for this project.
This tender is part of a broader initiative to modernize the public sector, and securing this contract could open the door for future government projects, providing HP with valuable exposure and opportunities in the government sector.
We kindly request your prompt assistance in issuing the MAF, as the tender submission deadline is October 25/2024. Please let us know if any additional information is required to process this request.
We greatly appreciate your cooperation and look forward to the opportunity to work together.
Best regards,
<personal information removed>

Hello @Hamzakassa ,
Please check here https://partner.hp.com/login
You can start the partner application process from there. If you are already a partner you should have an HP partner rep that you could work with regarding programs like GEM.
Best Regards
