Hello. Some time ago I wrote to the community to solve this problem. I have an HP Desktop - M01-F0037nl (Milton motherboard). I would like to know if I can install a new power supply more powerful than the one I have, mine is 180w. If I can't I would like to know which is the best video card supported by my pc. I contacted HP support and they told me my pc is compatible with the Nvidia Geforce Gtx 1600 series. I wrote to Nvidia support and they told me that all their video cards need a minimum 300w power supply. Kindly someone could give me some clarification or advise me on what to do. Thanks in advance. A greeting.

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
I may have good news for you: it appears that this 400-watt OEM HP power supply p/n: 942332-001 is compatible with your desktop as per: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Hardware-and-Upgrade-Questions/Successfully-upgrading-PSU-for-....
You can purchase one of these 400 watt power supplies starting at $69 via eBay: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=hp+942332-001&_sacat=0&LH_TitleDesc=0&_sop=15&rt=nc&L....
Hope this was helpful.

Thanks for the reply. If I can install it it would make me very happy. I wrote to HP support via WhatsApp and the operator told me that I can't change the power supply. Could you give me an opinion on the matter? Thank you

Far be it from me to come across as insensitive or disrespectful, but to call a spade a spade: the "operator" doesn't know what they are talking about.
Please take a look at this HP instructional video labeled: "Removing & Replacing Parts" -specifically timestamp 07:12 ("Power Supply"): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fELywrIDarA:
Again, I refer you to the HP User Forum Link/discussion thread I posted in my previous message to you.
However, in addition to the aforementioned 400 power supply, it appears that there is an additional OEM HP 400 watt power supply compatible with the Erica motherboard as per: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Knowledge-Base/Power-Supply-Cross-Reference-for-specific-model....
This would be HP OEM 400 watt power supply p/n: L04618-800 (comes with a PCIe 6+2-pin power cable), which you can purchase starting at $95 via eBay: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_nkw=HP+L04618-800+&_sacat=0&LH_TitleDesc=0&LH_PrefLoc=2&_....

Please take a look at the back of your desktop and verify that it looks just like the YouTube picture I posted in my previous message. If it doesn't, please take a picture of the back-side of your desktop showing the AC power input.

Thanks for the quick reply. The back of my pc is just like in the picture. My concern is that I could spoil the other components, I have been told this, do you think this is possible? I am not an expert, for this reason I have entrusted myself to the community. If she tells me there is no problem, then I will buy the new power supply for sure. Thanks again for your availability.

You really shouldn't worry about it: swapping a power supply in your particular situation is a breeze. Just follow the Hewlett-Packard instructional video as referenced earlier, and you'll be fine.
If you are still reluctant, please reach out to a trusted family member of friend with a minimum of PC-savviness to assist you.

The problem is not to change the power supply. The problem is whether the new 400w power supply can cause damage to the pc. You have been very kind. Thank you. I'll try with the power supply you recommended. Good day. Greetings
