I had a doubt, and search next, because I don't have that, found little information, but nothing to do with the sd card
but so you tried to disconnect the card reader?

yes

I hadn't looked, so it gets complicated
see if in the bios, there is not something, I doubt it, but you never know
check this
Informations générales sur les cartes mémoire
but I'm afraid there aren't many solutions here
it may be necessary to resolve to buy a usb card reader, unless you try to return to the original configuration to check if it works

so personally, unlike some, I would not suggest updating the bios, without being certain that it could solve a specific problem..
we copy you, only part of what the support, and from HP Business Desktop PCs ..
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_4123786-2338478-16
Updating the BIOS is recommended as standard maintenance of the computer. It can also help resolve the following issues:
An available BIOS update resolves a specific issue (1) or improves computer performance.
The current BIOS does not support a hardware component or a Windows upgrade.
(2)HP Support recommends installing a specific BIOS update.
So HP, indicates and which is sometimes not very well understood:
(1) So you install an update as mentioned, but this said update is not there to solve this problem
Result, it does not change anything, the computer, will not necessarily work better
There are many examples here, where users ask how to go back, because "it was better before".
(2) we are not hp support, but volunteer users, and not necessarily computer professionals
Updating the BIOS (Basic Input Output System) (Windows)
Download and install updates to the computer BIOS. This process is also known as 'flashing the BIOS'. Updating the BIOS is recommended as standard maintenance of the computer. It can also help to improve computer performance, provide support for hardware components or Windows upgrades, or install specific BIOS updates.
Only install BIOS updates from HP. Installing the BIOS incorrectly can prevent the computer from starting or being recovered. If your computer is managed by an IT service, contact them for the correct update process.
and it is not without risk
Version:F.48 Rev.A
Operating systems:
Windows 10 version 1903 (64-bit)
the version of the bios for your computer is offered for windows 10, you have windows 11
impossible to certify that it will work
I advised, sometimes with success, for other versions to use the option, right click "run as administrator"
it often works (windows 7/8 for w10)
- Provides improved security. - Improves system compatibility.
Nothing specific about what it brings here
impossible to certify that this will solve this problem, even if there is a small chance
previous version
F.47 Rev.A
1. Provides improved security on 21H2.
HP strongly recommends promptly transitioning to this updated BIOS version which supersedes all previous releases.
NOTE: Due to security changes, after this BIOS update is installed, previous versions cannot be reinstalled.
So, yes you can try, but, I prefer to warn you, to avoid, if apart from that the computer works
If we can't find other solutions, the most secure, for me, is to offer you the usb solution..
Better to have that than a computer that no longer works at all..
But that could very well happen, just that it's up to you to decide, I don't want to be responsible for a failed bios, you understand?
First of all, try this
unplug everything that is not useful, you will have to leave only the keyboard / mouse / screen
turn off the computer, unplug the power supply
long press on/off
insert a compatible SD card
Reconnect, the computer, restart, but go directly into the bios
load default settings , save exit
check on reboot, if it works..
if unfortunately still nothing, I fear I have exhausted my stock of solutions

I took the risk and updated the BIOS to F.48 successfully
The SD card reader appears as a Disk as Generic SD02G SD card ( Dispositif de stockage numérique sécurisé ) and I can read what is on the SD card
I don't understand exactly how its works but it works
Thank you very much for helping me
