Hi all!

I have problem updating TPM chip firmware: according to document https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c05792935 I should use Softpaq "https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp87501-88000/sp87753.exe", so I've downloaded it, unpacked and run as Admin. Unfortunately I use Windows 10 Polish language and first window that shows contains two options to be selected with descriptions "Error loading string id: 117" and "Error loading string id: 118". I'm hesitant to continue with update when I don't know what option is selected, so maybe someone know how to display that strings or know the meaning of "upper and lower" option?

Regards,

Mariusz Cegiełka

SOLVED: Run HP TPM Configuration Utility, leave default value as is and check "Agree". Then install to end. After this will computer require reboot, maybe delete old security preferences. After this is possible update TPM correctly via OS Windows 10
