Here is the PSU on HP PartSurfer: https://partsurfer.hp.com/Search.aspx?searchText=l05757-800
All you have to do is click in the Box (Add to Cart) next to the PSU and it will add it to your cart. Then, you can buy it from there.

@Bigmac01000 , welcome to the forum.
The major problem that you will have with upgrading the video card is the power supply unit (PSU) in the computer. It is only 180W. The motherboard is HP proprietary and has a 4-pin power connector, instead of a standard ATX 24-pin power connector. You can only use a HP PSU to upgrade. Here is a Power Supply Cross-Reference Chart to help you with choosing a new PSU: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Knowledge-Base/Power-Supply-Cross-Reference-for-specific-model...
The only PSU that will work with the RX 570 is the 500W (L05757-800). It doesn't show this PSU in the information with your model in the chart, but any of the PSU's that work with the Sunflower motherboard will work with yours.
Here are the specifications from AMD for the RX 570: https://www.amd.com/en/products/graphics/radeon-rx-570
Each manufacturer has their own specifications, however.
Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that will tell you what to consider when upgrading your video card: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Gaming-Knowledge-Base/Upgrade-Video-Card/ta-p/7481981
Your motherboard has UEFI: https://www.howtogeek.com/56958/HTG-EXPLAINS-HOW-UEFI-WILL-REPLACE-THE-BIOS/
So, this is not a concern for you. The two things that you have to consider in your situation are 1) the length of the card and 2) the wattage required to operate it properly. The AMD specifications don't show the length of the card. You can get this from the manufacturer that you choose. The card requires a PSU with at least 450W. It doesn't mention any 1x6 or 8-pin PCIe power connectors. Although, I am certain that one of them with be required. Again, you can get this information from the manufacturer's specifications.
One other upgrade that you should consider is a SSD boot drive. This will improve system performance considerably. I will never have another computer without a SSD boot drive. There is a M.2, SSD, socket on the motherboard: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-pavilion-desktop-pc-590-p0000a/19390500/document/c05939208
Look at the section titled "Expansion Slots" for this information: M.2 socket 3, key M
The key M will allow you to use a NVMe, M.2, SSD. If you decide to upgrade to a SSD, here is a HP Knowledge Base article to help you with the transition: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Knowledge-Base/Upgrading-Desktop-or-Laptop-to-a-SSD/ta-p/73048...
I know this is a lot of information, but it is necessary to help you make the correct choices. If you have more questions, let me know.
