Help! People
My HP SSD S700 2.5" 250GB stopped functioning since November, I tried calling them since then until Christmas. Every time I called, they just transferred me between departments and then eventually told me to hold on to the call for a moment and the call got cut off every time. I gave up after about 8-10 tries. But I really need to fix it now, so I can continue my personal project again. The SSD was bought in around June-August and first installed in September, but then dramatically slow down throughout October and died at the end of the month.
The Product number is 2DP98AA#ABC.
P.S. Do I post my serial number here in public as well?

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
