One of my USB-C Ports quit working, I ran the UEFI Components diagnostic, and It failed the test for that particular USB-C port. It gave me the Failure ID and Product ID listed below. I was unable to find any information on either of the ID's that I was given, could anyone help me figure out what these mean or what I need to do to resolve the problem

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I did decode the failure ID and it refers to the USB Failure.
