USB-C Port Stopped Working

HP Recommended
HP Spectre x360 Convertible 13-ac0XX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

One of my USB-C Ports quit working, I ran the UEFI Components diagnostic, and It failed the test for that particular USB-C port. It gave me the  Failure ID and Product ID listed below. I  was unable to find any information on either of the ID's that I was given, could anyone help me figure out what these mean or what I need to do to resolve the problem

Failure ID: 6bwkpk-8p3a8g-mfpuqj-8d0f03

Product ID:  z4z1ua#aba

@Bmecka

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I did decode the failure ID and it refers to the USB Failure.

I would request you to reach out to our Support and our Support Engineers should be able to check the available service options in order to diagnose the computer physically. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
