Hi,
So I purchased a renewed HP Omen Desktop on 17 May 23 through an approved reseller, this item came with a 12 month warranty.
The warranty had been issued on original purchase and expired on 23 Sep 23, but after being renewed the 12 month warranty would start from the date of my purchase and so would expire 17 May 24. I have disputed the warranty expiry date with HP but I have had no indication they have read my request or intend to respond.
As much as I would like to purchase an extended warranty, I am unable to pursue this as HP believe my warranty has already expired.
How can I get a response from HP regarding my disputed warranty, which will then allow me to spend more money with HP buying an extended warranty?
Thanks all,
William
