@ea0680,

For some laughs, remember this (time stamp 16:40):

Dear Forum,

Removed some unnecessary push-out metal parts to improve hot air exhaust from the rear of the chassis:

Dear Forum,

Received the i5-12600KF dome 'chrome-effect' sticker, with which I close this upgrade project:

Looks great to keep the Temps down.    I'm looking to increase airflow in this same case,  looking at the front,  I see what looks like a plastic piece (cd/dvd slot remnant), is that piece removable?  That looks like it would add to venting nicely across the motherboard and gpu,    Also, regarding the rear exhaust case fan (not the mod)  which fan did you end up using? I hope that any upgrade will increase my air volume from stock fan. Thanks.

@ea0680,

Yes, you can easily remove (pop out) the ODD bevel. Look for 4 little push-able tabs that can be gently pushed in a bit in order to release this part without breaking it.

I used a high capacity 4-pin PWM 92mm Blue LED Fan 92x92x25mm I purchased via AliExpress:

Why AliExpress? -Because I couldn't locate the exact Blue static (non RGB!) LED 92mm cooling fan I wanted via Amazon, though I considered this Amazon purchase option: https://www.amazon.com/Bgears-b-PWM-Blue-2Ball-Translucent/dp/B071NH1GY4/ref=sr_1_2?crid=1WK3O3UIZL3....

Dear Forum,

My friends, after all, I wasn't done just yet with my HP Pavilion TP01-3003W upgrade project.  Decided to upgrade the i5-12600KF to an i7-12700KF (12-Cores, 20-Threads, 2.70 GHz up to 5.00 GHz, 125/190-watt TDP), thus soaring beyond any current HP System Pavilion Desktop TP01-3xxx User benchmarks:

Esteemed Forum,

And naturally ordered a matching Intel Core i7-12700KF Chrome Effect Domed sticker logo to compliment this upgrade:

Very good.

The PC will run faster with an attached logo. 😁

@Bill_To,

Ha ha!- You're absolutely right: if you choose the right -streamlined- logo, it can boost a PC's branding speed by at least 100%!

That's why I made sure it was aerodynamic, so it doesn't create drag on my workflow!

Kind Regards,
