My PC has been returned twice for repair and twice its come back not working, the second time it was returned damaged.
I have reported this to support and they said customer relations team will contact me in 48hrs. its now been a week and still no contact, its a terrible way to run a business, if i call support they say its nothing to do with them now but when i ask to speak to customer relations they will not give me a contact number.. i cant believe how bad the service is.. can someone please help.

I have escalated your issue to HP’s Support Team in your region. They will review and check for possible options available, if any, to resolve your issue.
You should be contacted within 2-4 business days (this does not include weekends or holidays). Response times may vary by region.
