i dont care if its a 6 or 8 pin because i simply want to upgrade but the ebay seller said it comes with one i googled it and nothing was to clear about it or not

Here's a listing on eBay of the power supply the HP Pavilion TP01-3003W comes with.

It does not come with any supplemental power connectors for a graphics card.

 

If you want to buy the PC, you can read this discussion regarding purchasing a 500W power supply that has the 8-pin supplemental connector.

It so happens that the HP Pavilion TP01-3003W specifically was my latest upgrade project, and in case you are interested, there is also a compatible 650-watt power supply with HP part number: L57253-003 / L36049-003 available, which you can purchase online such as via eBay.
