can someone please help me. i want to upgrade my psu on my HP victus 15L. i have been doing some minor upgrades like ram , storage, and stuff like that. I wanted to upgrade my GPU so i bought a GeForce RTX Ventus 2x black 4060, I installed it and when i was booting my pc up it would boot up but no picture will come onto my monitor. I did some research and realized i needed to upgrade my psu but i have not found one compatible with the motherboard. Can someone please help me! I need to make this upgrade i currently have an Intel A380 gpu, 16gb of ram Intel core i5 12400, and 1 tb of storage. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ASAP !!!

Welcome to our peer-to-peer HP Community Forum!
Your RTX 4060 has a 115-watt TDP, only requiring one 8-pin PCIe power cable. Please check if your HP Victus 15L is equipped with a 350-watt power supply (p/n: M49611-001).
If it is the case that your desktop is fitted with a 350-watt power supply, it probably would be a good idea to upgrade to this 500-watt power supply with p/n: L89233-001. You can buy this PSU via trusted eBay Seller, such as this purchase example.
Btw, not the first time I researched a related question: Any way to upgrade my psu for hp victus 15l? - HP Support Community - 8819116.
Hope this was helpful.

Yes, this 500-watt power supply will do the job.
This testimonial of sorts from one of its reviewers says it all:
