Sent in my PC for repairs around October 1st, 2 weeks in they told me it was a Graphics Card (Most likely installed improperly by technicians, no surprise) and a main board. The return date was set to November, then it was sent all the way to December 9th. On the "Check status" page it said to contact HP support, I called HP told them I got sent a loaner laptop, (which is absolutely worthless for the work I do aswell as it being 5 years old) also i said it is in for warranty repairs for over 1/4 of the warranty. He said I would get a call back from his manager within 72 hours (Which was on a Friday) so I had to wait till Tuesday. I Waited and never got a call back. This is so unprofessional, if you are reading this and want to buy an HP, reconsider the support is awful and for a $2400 PC at the time support should be better. Oh yea, not to mention the time wasted on repairs is devaluing my PC exponentially. Where is my refund? Or just send me a PC with the same Specs? This is ridiculous, I can't even get ahold of support to change the return address because I have recently moved houses. 3+ months waiting on a replacement graphics card, this is insane.

Welcome to the HP support community.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
