Hello I am currently attempting to reformat a hp pavilion pc. I have progressed to a point where it asks to select keyboard layout before continuing however none of the USB ports are providing connectivity to the keyboard or mouse preventing me from continuing. I have restarted the process and got the same results. Could anyone please provide directions on how to proceed with the reformatting? I believe this pc was recently upgraded to windows 10. Thank you

Please
(a) create a boo table installation media using the following source
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
(b) Boot machine from the media
(c) Untick (remove check) as shown then click Install
(d) Follow onscreen instructions
(e) Machine will ask you to connect to internet, again, answer few questions.
At the end, run few Windows updates to get new drivers/fixes
Regards.
