I have carryout HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI, Failure IDU4MBPF-90SAM6-XD7URF-61E703, Product ID, 2PR32EA#ABU. I have tried everything I can find to correct this issue. Now, I ask for your assistance?

the hard drive is defective
It can continue to operate for a certain time, but it can definitively break down, if it is not already the case!
If possible, save personal data
Try a full reinstall
