HP dc8200 CMT Elite

My previous PC's were dc7900cmt to dc8100cmt with the old BIOS. Now that I have purchased an 8200 Elite CMT with UEFI Legacy BIOS, I am struggling with understanding the new 'BIOS' with the UEFI, particularly the unique features of my 8200 Elite model.

What I have achieved so far on the 8200 Elite CMT model is access to the boot menu (ESC) and the BIOS (F10). I understand the start menu as a main menu from which you can reach further branched settings. The BIOS looks pretty similar to my previous PC's to me. So no graphic interface, everything can be edited using the keyboard, quite spartan, but very familiar to me and therefore not a problem.

According to the general description on the web, the UEFI is referred to as advanced because it apparently has more and finer setting options with partitions that have advantages that the classic BIOS does not yet have. Whether these additional settings are useful or necessary is up to each user.

So I tried to get into the graphical UEFI on my computer in order to be able to identify any problems at an early stage. Although there is an item in the start menu called "Run UEFI Application" available, a file browser is started there that provides information about what kind of UEFI partition it is (FAT32 File System [99MB]), which one directory and subdirectory is used (UEFI, Boot) and the name of the boot file (BOOTX64.EFI). So far I haven't found access to the graphical UEFI anywhere else.

Now I've tried to get into the graphical UEFI from Windows. You should then be able to open the UEFI by pressing the 'Off switch' at the bottom while simultaneously pressing the 'Shift' key. It comes up the selection 'Select options' where I can then choose 'Troubleshooting'. But under 'Advanced Options' only 'Startup Settings' and no UEFI can be reached. There you can make various settings, but no UEFI.

Well, it seems to me that the UEFI BIOS could possibly be an early version of the UEFI. The 'SecureBoot' function is also not available, although I don't miss it either.

My question now is:
a) Is there a graphical UEFI for this model?
b) How can this be achieved via the start settings and how via Windows?
c) If there is such a UEFI BIOS, what might be the reason that it seems unreachable?
