HP ProBook 650 G1 Notebook PC
Dear HP Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with my HP ProBook 650 G1. The BIOS menu is asking for a password, which I do not yet remember. As a result, my computer is locked, and it does not respond when I move the mouse or type on the keyboard. Occasionally, it seems to respond to long presses of keys.
Could you please assist me in resetting the BIOS password or provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?
