Product: HP All-in-One PC 24-dp0000wa (7TT88AV)

My computer keeps displaying a blue screen that says it ran into into a problem and needs to restart. It tries to restart but just keeps going back to the blue screen

Hi

 

A blue screen usually provides a specific error code.

 

Please provide this information if available.

 

Without this info I can only guess you have either:

 

A hardware or heat problem

A driver problem or a software problem

System file corruption.
