I'm trying to buy a restore CD for 690-0010 and I can't find a link.

Hi:

You can make your own recovery media with the HP cloud recovery tool, that you can use to reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.

Here is an info link for how to use that utility.  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive and if your PC is not working, you will need to use another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer to use the cloud recovery tool on.

I cant seem to find a link to download the HP Recovery Tool. Can't I just a buy a DVD Recovery Media From HP

I have zipped up and attached the Cloud Recovery tool file below.

Looking at your PC's support page, I do not see a link to order recovery media from HP.

HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop 690-0010 Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support

It would have been listed under the W10 driver section.

However, I did find recovery media for sale for your PC from this non-HP vendor.
