If you don't want to clean install W10 for free by using the media creation tool from the link below...

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

...you can purchase a recovery kit for your PC from this vendor at the link below:

Computer Surgeons - Windows 10 Home Recovery Kit Part Number L50111-001 For DT PC Model Number 880-1...

The PC is more than 5 years old, so HP would not have recovery media for it anymore.

I'm surprised the PC was not supported by the Cloud recovery tool.

You have cloud recovery as discussed here

  • Software-HP Cloud Recovery (1)

HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10 and 11)

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool is an application developed by HP.  It enables customers to access a digital download of their recovery media and create a bootable USB drive (Minimum 32GB) to recover their units back to factory status.

    Download tool here  Microsoft Store

Downloading that app and running it will allow you to create a recovery ISO that can boot (USB) and install windows 10 or 11 as originally on your laptop.  A 32gb flash drive is required.

That is not the same as a backup of the entire desktop.

HP refers backups to the OS and Windows 10 or 11 full image backups are discussed here

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-a-recovery-drive-abb4691b-5324-6d4a-8766-73fab304...

There are restrictions on the size of an ISO and I suspect an 8tb disk drive "C" cannot be turned into an ISO
