Getting error: "Incorrect brand name" when trying Recovery after a disk replacement. Using cloud recovery image. Anyone know how to bypass this?

@LJ59 -- one way is to: Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
and create the installation media, and boot from the media.
Then, download/install/run the HP Support Assistant, to add all the HP-specific device-drivers.
Note that the Windows Installer will either retrieve the product-key embedded in the motherboard, or will "call home" to Microsoft, and retrieve it, and use it to activate Windows. Microsoft has your product-key, because you previously have activated Windows.
