If not, you can make a bootable recovery drive to reinstall W10, the drivers and software that came with your PC using the HP cloud recovery client utility.

Hello Paul, hope all is well. 

 

Nothing worked for me. I had to end up borrowing a laptop and chatting with an HP associate so that they could get on my computer remotely. They created a new recovery disk for me and walked me through the steps on resetting the PC back to the Factory settings. I lost everything I had on there, sucks!!! But at least I can now get back onto my computer. Thanks again for your help, really appreciate it!!!
