Product: HP Pavilion All in One

I do not have the admin password I need to reset to clear that user out who is no longer with the company. When trying to do factory reset it takes me to her user login and asks for the password which I do not have.

Hi:

 

You will have to reinstall W10.

 

You cannot factory reset the PC without knowing the Windows password.

When I try that it asks for permission from Admin. That’s the password I do not have.

We can't help you with any password issues.

 

If it is not a power on password, you can reinstall W10 by either making a bootable USB installation flash drive using the media creation tool at the link below, or perhaps the PC is supported by the cloud recovery tool if it was made in 2016 or later.

Or you can order recovery media from HP for the specific model AIO PC that needs restoration.
