Hello, trying to factory reset my laptop so that my ex husbands info isn’t on it any longer. I’m running into issues with it saying “restoration incomplete” but anything I do won’t get me off that screen. How do I restart the process when the retry button doesn’t eotk

so if you turn off the computer completely, and you try the recovery again, using the f11 key at startup, and that not possible
see if you can create a usb key, recovery:
