You're very welcome, John.
I had to do that on one HP notebook where the cloud recovery tool absolutely refused to work.
Fortunately, everything worked fine afterward.
As long as your PC's touchscreen works after the clean install and after you install the drivers, you should be home free.

I am wondering if an HP bios update might have created this problem, pretty sure it's the only internal component change that has happened with the PC over the last few years. The bios update would have been likely done as part of the HP software update solution on the PC?
The error issue seems to be related to the naming issue with the PC???? based on the message at the beginning of this thread?
I wonder if the bios may have changed the PC name? creating this issue.
CTOError.flg - Notepad
Component: Windows 10 PIN Diagnostic Tool ReD - CPS
Timing: FactoryUpdate
Error: Incorrect brand name [EnvyAIO]
Expected: Brand name from FB [Envy]
Next Step: check Model Name or Feature Byte
Looks like there is a new 2020 bios release, but not sure it can be installed without an OS on the machine.
Just thinking outside the box.

Hi
don't bother using @Paul_Tikkanen 's solution
the problem seems to have been solved by this, and even indicated by HP support
"" Hi Rodolfo, yes there is a failure in the HP image, I contacted HP and they gave me the direct link from Microsoft because the HP image available on the site is unfortunately faulty....
I did the install procedure via MS image and 100% working again.
Thank you.... "

Hi, @Prométhée
Why would you indicate not to bother with my suggestion to use the Microsoft Media creation tool to reinstall W10?
That's exactly what the person did to solve the problem!

Did they indicate if they would be posting a corrected version of the image, prior to posting this thread, I was directed to a 3rd party by HP to purchase the image software: computersurgeons.com, wondering if it's the same image, the folks at comptersurgeons.com had no idea.

Hi, John:
When did you make the image with the cloud recovery tool?
If you just made it, then clearly HP hasn't updated it.
If you made it when you first got the PC, it may be possible that HP has corrected it, since that post on the Portuguese support forum was from early 2020.
But none of us would know if HP corrected the image.
We don't work for or represent HP.
