It has come to my attention that this PC I own is not currently in its factory state, which is something I would like. Unfortunately, I do not have a capable recovery disk for this computer nor the means to create one, and I'm not certain HP offers the option to order a disk for this model anymore. How should I go about getting the necessary media for this? I'm perfectly fine with sourcing these disks from any non-HP location, such as eBay or another storefront.

Hi:
This vendor has a recovery kit for sale:
Check your PC's product number against the list to make sure it will be supported.

Hi:
I recommend that you contact the vendor for confirmation.
As far as I can tell by comparing the two product numbers, as long as your PC came with Windows 8 from HP, the recovery media should work.
The parts surfer listing shows both those product numbers as a HP EliteDesk 800 G1 Base Model Small Form Factor PC
