No matter which flavour of Windows I select it always says:

"We were unable to retrieve the list of drivers for your product.  Please select the desired operating system and select “Update” to try again."

 

This was working fine just half an hour ago. I am getting this regardless of what computer I select and regardless of what OS I select. Across the board, I am unable to get to ANY update software. I have tried this from multiple independent sites and different browsers, even attempted browsers on a Mac. Is their site playing up?

Seems to be working now. Good to see one of the world's leading global IT companies is capable of maintaining its services for a global audience and is capable of at least telling us when they take their service off line altogether!

I've no problem with the link. Please try again, probably servers were in the maintenance process.
