I am having a hard time logging in. Ive done everything possible with no luck. I seem to have a virus and I’m trying to reset to factory settings. But without loggin in, I’m unable to reach that page to do so. I thought there was a way of opening the pc by holding certain keys to start a factory hard reset. Please advise and TIA.

@Bill_Sakkab74 -- I would:
- open the computer
- remove the current disk-drive
- purchase a new SSD (Solid State Device) -- 5 times faster than any "spinning" disk-drive
- connect the new SSD
- install Windows onto the SSD
- reconnect the old disk-drive as a "secondary" disk-drive
- copy all your Personal Files from that disk-drive onto your SSD
Done!

Hello
https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-all-in-one-pc-24-f1000a/25721654
maybe you don't have the financial means, in the immediate future, to spend money on your computer, and unless you have no choice, a defective hdd for example @Bill_Sakkab74 ?
You should clarify, what exactly is your problem...
this type of computer, being relatively fragile, you risk damaging it even more, by trying to open it, do not hesitate in this case, to consult a professional if necessary
so check if you don't have a hardware problem instead
