have been trying to get my laptop repaired for two years.
I don't know why it's not letting me select the OS it is an HP ENVY laptop I have an order where I paid in full.
Today I do not see my receipt when I put in my serial number nothing comes up I already sent the laptop back to HP in the box with the charger and labels. It has been seven days since shipped and it was FEDEX OVERNIGHT AIR.
I just want to know if it's been received I did not receive a tracking number from FedEx. I understand you still have to work on it and it may take a month or two that's fine I don't care about how long you have to work on it.
I do care to know if it has been received and no one has said anything to me.
HP support has been a complete nightmare.
For anyone who is reading this and is shocked by how quickly I am frustrated because the holidays this has been going on for two years so this is not something that happened recently this has been an ongoing issue for two years.
