Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

The operating system couldn’t be loaded because a critical system driver is missing or contains errors

file: \WINDOWS\System32\drivers\USBSTOR.SYS

error code: 0xc000007b

you will need to use a recovery tools. If you don’t have any installation media ( like a disc or USB device) contact your PC administrator or PC\Device manufacturer

You need a "Media Creation Tool" from MS to prepare an USB-Recovery tool.

Then boot from the stick and at the first setup-page you press Shift + F10

then you need the right drive letter for your Windows partition. So type

diskpart

list vol

exit

replace the letter X in the following command by your Windows drive letter from list vol

sfc /offbootdir=X:\ /offwindir=X:\windows /scannow

(there is 1 space between \ and /)

It can take several minutes to complete.

If that doesn't help you need a new USBSTOR.SYS.mui

Are you sure that you run a 32-Bit system?
