My laptop froze and shut down, it asked for a update but I guess it decided to update on its own and now I can no longer gain access to the login area I’m stuck in the loading screen and can’t access the Bios screen either

It looks something like this:
You will find this information on the back/rear of your notebook in small alphanumeric letters.
