Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15m-bp111dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am having difficulty trying to install a new operating system on my hp envy 360 laptop. I need to change the boot option in the bios. But i do not have administrative privileges because i forgot the administrator password. Please, how do I go about this issue. I have done some research and watch some videos online for anything related to it but it did not work out for me.

Unfortunately, for problem with passwords you will need to contact an HP agent.
Sign in to your support page
Select the product you need help with and scroll down to support options.
Select "Contact us". You can change country and language if necessary.

Here is HP's official policy regarding BIOS passwords:
HP Business PCs - Forgotten or lost BIOS password | HP® Support

According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
