Welcome to our HP Community forum!
Please follow these two steps:
1.) Type in: cmd in your Windows search bar, right-click on the System Prompt app, select Run as administrator, click on Yes, and type/enter:
sfc /scannow
This may take a while to complete.
Once completed, please copy/paste/enter:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
This may take even longer to complete.
Restart PC.
2.) Download and install both the 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (x64) C++ versions found here (it will either ask you to install or repair) :
Link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/cpp/windows/latest-supported-vc-redist?view=msvc-170.
Restart your PC.

If HpPortlox64.sys is not loading, it could be due to a memory integrity issue. To fix this, you can try turning off the memory integrity setting in Windows Security. Try this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/a-driver-can-t-load-on-this-device-8eea34e5-ff4b-16ec-87....
HpPortlox64.sys is related to the OMEN gaming hub. You could also try to uninstall your OMEN gaming hub and reinstalling it.
